COVID-19 Women's Initiative Item Drive

To help womxn in the GTA and London who are being disproportionately affected by the pandemic, COVID-19 Women's Initiative (CWI) is holding an item drive on September 12, 2020 (with locations in Toronto, Etobicoke, and London).

We are accepting item donations (must be new) such as toiletries, feminine hygiene products, PPE, non-perishable food items, baby items, cleaning products, kitchen items and gift cards.

CWI is a non-profit, student-led organization of medical students, physicians, and community members across Canada. CWI is helping to mitigate the challenges faced by womxn by raising awareness of these issues, as well as fundraising for local shelters, and providing education and support to womxn and their children.

Western Model United Nations (Western MUN) has primarily served as a forum for discussion and debate on the UN’s sustainable development goals and global issues. We have partnered with them to help organize the London drive.
